Hat is designed from 0-12M. You can roll the top up for smaller babies. The wide brim is designed to keep the sun out of your little ones sensitive eyes.

I brought this romper for my daughter size 6-12 months. My daughter is currently 5 months and I love how it’s a little baggy and I can roll the legs and arms up.
