Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size?
While I don't offer refunds for change of mind, I am more then happy to offer a store credit for the amount of the item when it was purchased.
Store credits are valid for 12 months & can only be used once. Please follow the above steps in contacting us. Please remember your store credit or exchange value will be based on the product at the time of sale. Not the regular retail price. This means if you purchased the item during a sale, the exchange value will match this price.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Is the item faulty?
If your item is found to have a defect and there are no suitable exchange options then I am happy to offer a refund for the value of the purchased item. (Excluding shipping costs or any other discounts used at the time of purchase). Please note, I will require you to send photos to show how the item is faulty. I am very observant when packing orders, however mistakes can be made. If I happen to miss a fault in an item, I am very sorry! Contact us right away so we can remedy a solution for you.
Please understand that if the item simply does not fit, or you no longer like the design, this is a case of change of mind.
Conditions of Returns
Goods must be returned in the new condition it was received. Items must not have been worn, had tags removed (if any), hand or machine washed, damaged or altered from their original condition in any way.
We understand that sometimes it is difficult to keep original wrapping intact, however all items must be sent back with protective wrapping to avoid damage on It's return voyage.
If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any of these conditions, we may choose not to issue a store credit or refund.
