Changed your mind?
As a small family business, I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the item you received or you simply need to exchange the size please email us at info@littlebsnursery.com.au or fill out our Contact Us form. Contact must be made within 7 days after receiving your order.
While I don't offer refunds for change of mind, I am more then happy to offer a store credit for the amount of the item when it was purchased.
International Customers
- Of course we want all of our international customers to have piece of mind when ordering from our small business, If for whatever reason you are truely unhappy with your purchase and the item is NOT faulty. Or you are unable to direct the courier to return to sender. We can offer you a % of a refund.
- We are not able to offer pre-paid labels for return in ANY case. It is something we can not physically do due to being international.
- If you are requesting cancelation for whatever reason and we have already posted your item, there is nothing we can do to stop it from being delivered. In order for us to issue a store credit, you MUST Refuse delivery and instruct the driver to RETURN TO SENDER.
- If you do accept the delivery and still want to exchange your order you will need to cover shipping expenses also.
- If your order is successfully returned back to us and the below conditions are met we will then issue a store credit.
- We encourage you to double check your address. If there has been a typo and the package is returned due to an insufficient address, you will need to pay to have the items resent.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions of Returns
- Goods must be returned in the new condition it was received in. They must not have been hand or machine washed.
- We understand that sometimes it is difficult to keep original wrapping intact, however all items must be sent back with protective wrapping to avoid damage on It's return voyage.
If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any of these conditions, we may choose not to issue a store credit or refund.
Is the item faulty?
If your item is found to have a defect and there are no suitable exchange options then I am happy to offer a refund for the value of the purchased item. (Excluding shipping costs or any other discounts used at the time of purchase). Please note, I will require you to send photos to show how the item is faulty. I am very observant when packing orders, however mistakes can be made. If I happen to miss a fault in an item, I am very sorry! Contact us right away so we can remedy a solution for you.
Please understand that if the item simply does not fit, or you no longer like the design, this is a case of change of mind.
