Knitted Blanket Newborn Milk

While the product is first class, I was very disappointed because I ordered 1 set of each of the milk honey and the newborn milk one piece sets including booties and matching blankets. I would have ordered the beanies too, however because I was spending well over $200, nearly $300 it was advertised I would also receive the matching beanies free. When I tried to add the beanies to my order, I found I was being charged for them, so I took the beanies off the order thinking that they must be going to be added automatically based on the amount I was spending. However, after receiving my order ONE MONTH LATER, (I was ordering for Christmas back in the beginning of Nov, for my 2 daughters who were 6 wks apart in their pregnancies and one daughter lives in Melbourne while my family, including my other daughter lives in NSW. The whole family came together at my home for Christmas. I won’t be seeing the daughter again who lives in Melbourne before she has the baby.)
When both sets arrived, not only were the beanies missing but also the white booties for the newborn milk set.
I did contact the company and I was told I should have clicked on the free beanies if I wanted them which I tried but it kept wanting to charge me for them.
I was told around the eve of Christmas Eve they would see if there were booties and beanies left in the where house. I don’t get that when I actually PAID for the booties.
I won’t be using this company again.
Though the company says Australian owned. I later learned the items come from China.
Overall a very disappointing experience.

This is the second time I have bought these beautiful blankets
I bought the 2 colours in blankets and rompers with the beanie and booties for my first grandson last year
They are so cute warm and wash well
So happy that I have bought another set for future grandchildren
They are unisex
I have bought lots of pieces from little b’s
Beautiful so happy

This blanket is the best, it's so so soft on my Granddaughters skin and the colour goes with everything. I'm sure it will become a family heirloom. Thank you for delivering it ahead of time :)
